This armed conflict started due to the take over Crimea by Russia. According to the bilateral agreement between Ukraine and Russia, the Russian troops are allowed to stay there until 2047.
This was our first assignment in Unit 1. We had to find a Stonehenge picture and replace it's sky. We did that while learning the basic tools of Photoshop like layers, selection tools and masks. I did the sky replacement using 2 layers, one for the sky and one for the Stonehenge image. I selected the sky with the quick selection tool and added a mask to delete the sky. Using the mask to delete something is good because in case you deleted something that you need you can always bring it back by "drawing" it on the mask with the black brush (white brush erase)
Romanian Revolution of 1989 consisted of a series of protests, street battles and demonstrations carried out in Romania, between 16 and 25 December 1989, which led to the fall of President Nicolae Ceausescu and the communist regime in Romania. Demonstrations increasingly larger culminated in the trial and execution of Ceausescu. Before the Romanian revolution, all other East European states had passed peacefully to democracy, Romania was the only Eastern country that has gone through a violent revolution and the communist leaders were executed.
The Ukrainian revolution of February 2014 took place after a series of violent events towards protesters in the capital of Kiev that culminated with the flight of the then-President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych. He signed a treaty and multi-billion dollar loan with Russia, which sparked civil unrest in Kiev that ultimately led to violent clashes as law enforcement troops cracked down on protesters.After the 2014 revolution, Russia refused to recognize the new interim government, calling the revolution a "coup d'état" and invaded the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine.

In the future, a rich man wanted to have his own species of animals and payed scientist to play with the DNA of his favorite animals. When they succeded, it was all over the news and it became a new "fashion" to have hybrid animals. These are the results of their work.

This is the first green screen picture I worked with. I had to replace the green screen behind the lady with a picture of the sky in Photoshop using the Color range tool and the Hue/Saturation tool.

We were given an image of a building and we had to use Photoshop to make it look old, destroyed, damaged by time.
The first thing I did was replacing the sky. I did that using the Magic wand tool to select the sky, add a mask and add the sky I choose on a different layer beneath it. After that I used a picture of rust texture and added it on a separate layer and overlayed it. Then, using the brush we were given, I made the moss/foliage on the building.

In the 1980s, he began making photo collages which he called "joiners".An early photomontage was of his mother. Because the photographs are taken from different perspectives and at slightly different times, the result is work that has an affinity with Cubism, one of Hockney's major aims—discussing the way human vision works.
